Description
Trains and mentors sales representatives to improve performance in the field.
What You Will Do
You will support the onboarding and continued development of new and existing sales representatives by demonstrating effective field sales techniques and customer engagement practices. You will observe sales conversations, identify areas for improvement, and provide clear, actionable coaching. You will also reinforce product knowledge, campaign expectations, ethical sales practices, and daily performance standards while communicating team progress and training needs to company leadership.
